P99SOFT is looking for a
Live Ops Coordinator
who can bridge the gap between design, production, and the live game. This role is ideal for someone who understands games deeply, communicates clearly, and wants to grow into a
Game Design
role over time.
You’ll work closely with designers and the game team to help run and maintain the live game experience, making sure events, content, and updates go out smoothly and perform well with players.
What you’ll do
Work closely with Game Designers and Producers to execute live game features and events
Understand and follow the
Game Design Document (GDD)
to ensure correct implementation
Configure and manage live events, offers, and in-game content
Coordinate across teams to ensure timely and smooth releases
Monitor live performance and flag issues related to player experience
Analyze basic player behavior and event performance to support improvements
Maintain documentation and track live operations workflows.
What we’re looking for
2 - 5 years of experience in games, live ops, QA, production, or similar roles
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
Good understanding of games, player behavior, and live game systems
Basic understanding of game design principles and systems
Comfortable working with data, dashboards, or performance metrics
Detail-oriented and reliable when managing live content
Nice to have
Hands-on experience configuring live events or game content
Familiarity with mobile or F2P game models (events, economies, retention systems)
Passion for playing and analyzing games
