Eligibility:
Must be a Graduate / Post graduate, or equivalent experience in film, television, animation, or gaming preferred
Proven track of project management & Service Delivery
Active listening, Expertise in building effective working relationships and communicating with clients
Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
Capable of motivating and leading a large team, with enthusiasm and clarity
Excellent people management skills and documentation and reporting skills
Good to have Experience of multi-site project execution and overseas experience
Equipped with uncommon common sense
Good Interpersonal & Problem Solving Skills
An Art, Cinema buff and if u love to read you are possibly at the right place
Desired Candidates Skill:
Unflappable, with the personal fortitude to push back when necessary.
Ability to understand communication styles of team members and contractors from a broad range of disciplines.
Proven reliability in handling sensitive material and security concerns under very tight deadlines.
Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, vendors and other departments.
Run relevant meetings to ensure clear communication, dissemination of information, acknowledge accomplishments and discuss challenges.
Be proactive in Red Flagging of any potential problems or issues, particularly those impacting schedule, and come prepared with strategic solutions.
Strategize creative solutions to production challenges to ensure schedules are met.
Adept at researching project-related issues.
Able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
Taking instruction: listen carefully, respond quickly to requests, stay calm under pressure and be helpful whenever you can
Enthusiasm: have a passion for the medium and a love of the industry
Experience with Microsoft Office and Photoshop.
Experience with Maya and After Effects is a plus.
Experience with Shotgun tracking software is a plus.
