Line Producer
Job Description:-
Effective handling projects with smooth coordination between client and internal team.
Scheduling a show.
Making sure the tasks are assigned to the respective departments.
Making sure the schedule is met and help team set weekly targets based on the schedule.
Running sanity check with the VFX producer to check if the schedule is within the budget and make changes to fit into it.
Handling business partners if in case of outsourcing requirements on the show.
Problem-solving and working methodically and logically, and finding creative solutions, especially when things don’t go to plan.
Effectively communicating with the clients and updating them on the progress .
Mentoring PAs, PCs and Sr.PCs and delegating tasks to them.
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and with value-added results.
Oversee and prepare enterprise technology plans and budgets for all functions within the organization.
Create, maintain and distribute project documentation, meeting minutes and deliverables on a timely basis.
Develop detailed project plans based on requirements, scope, budget, and required deliverables.
Ensure the production database is kept updated daily with notes and critical information.
Communicate with management to ensure risks are properly addressed and escalated as necessary.
Collaborate with Supervisors, Producers, and Coordinators to break down workload requiring outsourcing.
Manage and communicate file specification requirements between vendor and studio.

• Ability to build a strong interpersonal relationships with production team and artists.
• Proactivity and ability to demonstrate a desire for creating work of the highest quality.
• Must have good hands-on experience in the entertainment industry .
• Professional able to work calmly under pressure and/or challenging conditions.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Preferred 5+ Yrs of Experience in VFX industry.
