Position: Life Guard – Swimming Pool
Location: Malpani Club & Resort, Sangamner
Department: Club & Resort Operations
Job Summary:
The Life Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests in and around the swimming pool area, maintaining pool discipline, and responding promptly to emergencies and rescue situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Continuously monitor activities in and around the swimming pool
• Ensure guest safety and enforce pool safety rules
• Respond immediately to emergencies and perform rescue operations when required
• Provide First Aid and CPR in emergency situations
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the pool area
• Inspect pool and safety equipment regularly
• Pay special attention to children and beginner swimmers
• Ensure adherence to pool timings and safety guidelines
• Prepare incident and accident reports whenever necessary
Required Qualification:
• Minimum 10th / 12th pass
• Valid Life Guard / Swimming Certification from a recognized institute
• Knowledge of First Aid and CPR is mandatory
Experience:
• Experience in Swimming Pool / Club / Resort operations preferred
• Freshers with valid certification may also apply
