Job Overview: To lead and manage a team of Liability Sales Officers/Executives to achieve sales targets, develop sales strategies, and ensure efficient sales operations within a specific region or business segment. Key Responsibilities: Implement sales plans to grow the company’s liability insurance market share and achieve revenue goals. Support the professional growth of the sales team by providing coaching, training opportunities, and constructive feedback to enhance skills and performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners to foster loyalty and secure long-term business. Manage sales workflows, monitor budgets, and streamline processes for operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams such as Underwriting, Product Development, and Marketing to align offerings with market demand. Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and corporate standards to minimize risks. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications or equivalent experience preferred. Experience: 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, specifically in liability or commercial lines. Proven ability to meet revenue targets and close sales and client portfolios effectively.
