Learning & Product Experience Specialist
Location-
Pune (Working From Office)
We are looking for a
Learning & Product Experience Specialist
who bridges the gap between complex product architecture and high-performance execution. Unlike traditional trainers, you won’t just be "delivering decks"—you will be the architect of our internal knowledge ecosystem.
You will be responsible for translating intricate product technicalities into digestible, high-impact learning journeys. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced
Product Development
environment, leveraging modern e-learning tools and data-driven insights to ensure our teams are not just informed, but expert.
Core Responsibilities
Product Knowledge Architecture:
Design and deliver interactive learning journeys that deep-dive into product technicalities, feature sets, and backend workflows for both new hires and veterans.
Modern Content Creation:
Develop "new-age" learning assets, including interactive e-learning modules, video walkthroughs, and digital playgrounds that cater to diverse, remote-first, or hybrid learning styles.
Quality & Compliance Auditing:
Conduct rigorous audits of customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) using QA databases to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to our brand’s communication protocols.
Performance Engineering:
Grade employee proficiency through technical assessments and live evaluations. Provide high-touch coaching to bridge the gap between "knowing" the product and "mastering" it.
Agile Documentation:
Act as the custodian of the Product Knowledge Base. Proactively update documentation and training modules in real-time as the product evolves through sprints and version releases.
Data-Driven Insights:
Maintain comprehensive MIS/reports on training progress, certification status, and performance trends to provide management with actionable insights into workforce readiness.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities-
Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Product Trainer or Learning Specialist, specifically within a
Product Development or SaaS company.
Technical Savvy:
High proficiency in
LMS (Learning Management Systems)
, e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate), and QA auditing software.
Instructional Design:
Deep understanding of adult learning principles applied to digital environments—moving beyond static slides to immersive, platform-based training.
Analytical Mindset:
Strong ability to perform root-cause analysis on performance gaps and translate them into targeted up-skilling initiatives.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to explain complex technical logic in a simple, relatable manner.
Process Excellence:
Demonstrated experience in process mapping and continuous improvement (CI) frameworks.
Why You’ll Fit In
You don't just teach processes; you advocate for the product. You are obsessed with the "User Experience" of learning and believe that training should be as intuitive and sleek as the product we build.
