About the Role
We are seeking a Training & Development Executive to design, implement, and manage training programs for production teams and general staff. This role focuses on enhancing employee skills, improving productivity, and driving overall organizational performance through structured learning initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training programs for production teams and corporate staff
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development requirements
Organize onboarding sessions and refresher training programs
Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve training modules
Collaborate with department heads to address team-specific training needs
Maintain training records, documentation, and compliance with company standards
Evaluate employee performance improvements post-training
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization
Skills Required
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of training methods, tools, and techniques
Ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and training/learning management tools
Ability to engage and influence employees across levels
Experience
Minimum
3+ years
of experience in Training & Development
Experience in
manufacturing or production environments
preferred
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Certification in Training & Development or L&D will be an added advantage
