: Learning & Development (L&D) Trainer
Role Summary:
We are seeking an L&D Manager to design, implement, and drive learning strategies that enhance employee skills, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute learning & development strategy aligned with business goals.
Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
Identify skill gaps and create learning roadmaps for employees and leaders.
Partner with business leaders to support talent management and succession planning.
Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Psychology, or related field.
5–8 years of L&D experience with exposure to leadership development.
Strong knowledge of learning frameworks, instructional design, and digital learning tools.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
