This role partners closely with business leaders and HR teams to deliver programs that enhance employee capability, leadership effectiveness, communication skills, and overall professional development. Success in this role is defined by the seamless execution of learning initiatives, strong learner engagement and satisfaction, and effective coordination across regions. The role also drives improved participation and completion metrics while ensuring positive stakeholder feedback on learning programs and support. The ideal candidate brings strong facilitation skills, experience managing learning operations, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across regions and time zones.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Your day to day</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Learning Program Management</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support the implementation of enterprise learning and development initiatives across regions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate end to end training activities including nominations, scheduling, communications, tracking, and reporting</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist in building structured learning journeys for employees and managers</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Facilitation &amp;
