<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Learning and Development Specialist will support the design, coordination, and execution of corporate learning initiatives across India, Nepal, and the USA. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR teams to deliver programs that enhance employee capability, leadership effectiveness, communication skills, and overall professional development. Success in this role is defined by the seamless execution of learning initiatives, strong learner engagement and satisfaction, and effective coordination across regions. The role also drives improved participation and completion metrics while ensuring positive stakeholder feedback on learning programs and support. The ideal candidate brings strong facilitation skills, experience managing learning operations, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across regions and time zones.</span></p>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Learning & Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">3–7 years of experience in Learning & Development or corporate training</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience supporting global teams preferred</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with LMS platforms and virtual learning tools</span></li>
