Role Overview:
We are looking for a Learner Support Associate to assist learners throughout their learning journey. The role involves resolving queries related to the LMS, addressing technical issues in self-paced courses, and supporting learners during capstone projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle learner queries related to course access, LMS navigation, and platform issues
Coordinate with different teams to gather and provide responses to learner queries
Guide learners on assignments and capstone projects when required
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations in a timely manner
Ensure a smooth and positive learning experience for all learners
Maintain and update all trackers related to learner support queries accurately
Key Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Basic technical understanding of Python or GenAI tools (preferred)
Familiarity with online learning platforms/LMS (good to have)
Preferred Background:
Prior experience in learner support, customer success, or EdTech
Exposure to technical courses or hands-on projects
