is responsible for
driving
sustained
Cloud & AI Infrastructure
(CAI)
growth through partner preference, profitability, and performance.
Role Summary
This is a senior Partner Sales leadership role with accountability for driving CAI GTM priorities and delivering partner-led bookings growth across APJC. You will lead the regional CAI Partner Sales
team
, own bookings performance, and drive a high-impact partner ecosystem aligned to
global CAI
priorities.
Reporting to the Global Vice President, Cloud & AI Partner Sales, you will
operate
at the intersection of sales execution, partner strategy, and ecosystem orchestration
-
working closely with regional sales and partner leadership, GPRS customers, and alliance partners to accelerate growth and market leadership.
What
You’ll
Do
Own and deliver partner-led CAI bookings and pipeline growth across APJC
Translate global GTM
priorities
into
localized
partner
execution plans aligned to market dynamics
Lead and develop CAI Partner Sales team, driving performance and capability building
Build and lead executive relationships (CXO-level) across strategic partners and ecosystem players
Drive sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions across the partner ecosystem
Lead account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management
Localize and complete global profitability and enablement programs to drive partner preference
Engage with alliance partners to
identify
growth opportunities,
plan
and implement joint campaigns
Plan and
participate
in quarterly reviews – both internal & external
Translate market insights into actionable growth strategies

Minimum
q
ualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
15+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, partner management, or ecosystem leadership
Consistent track record
of driving growth in partner-led / indirect sales models
Strong experience in developing and implementing Go-to-Market (GTM) plans and growing revenue for innovative technology-based solutions.
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
Experience articulating key architecture solutions to C
X
O level decision makers from both a technical and business acumen standpoint
Sound understanding of full-stack AI infrastructure solutions and vendor/ecosystem landscape
Experience in driven positioning and value-led selling
Data-driven attitude, ability to distil actionable insights from disparate data systems
Strong ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders
Demonstrated success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
Preferred qualifications
Excellent understanding of Cisco’s CAI product portfolio) with prior experience in partner-facing roles.
Experience in positioning & selling
AI solutions
is preferred
(e.g., certifications in Cloud/AI/GenAI related courses)
Familiarity with APJC markets and partner ecosystem
Demonstrable use of AI tools to enhance productivity for self & team
