Job Overview
This position requires you to be responsible for facilitating classroom/virtual training programs, developing content, focusing on skills development for the front level associates of the organization. Leading and managing intervention-based learning.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The job responsibilities entail:
Work on soft skill training program for various Business Units in the organization, in consultation with the department heads, including the assessment / evaluation methods
Partner with Business units to outline deliverables, expectations, and risks, to include specific training needs for them
Assesses training and development needs through training need identification through various resources available
Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum training effectiveness
Define ROI on every training program delivered
Design training courses and content necessary to meet training needs
Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs
Act as a liaison with L&D and the business units to ensure consistency with practices
Contributes to process improvements and innovation in the L&D function
Be a team player and act in accordance with the organization’s code of conduct always

Eligibility
Minimum 2 years of strong knowledge and experience with the soft skills training Function
Should be a Graduate in any discipline
