About this role

Location : Mumbai Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead - Inside Sales (Tele Caller) for our growing inside sales team based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of relevant experience in inside sales, team management, and business development, with a proven ability to drive sales performance, mentor team members, and optimize sales processes. Key Responsibilities : • Team Leadership & Management: o  Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5–12 tele callers. o  Set clear performance targets, KPIs, and monitor team productivity. o  Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations. • Sales Strategy & Execution: o  Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. o  Ensure consistent pipeline development through outbound calling, query resolution, objection handling, and CRM utilization. • Customer Relationship Management: o  Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. o  Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to close sales. o  Manage and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner. • Reporting & Analytics: o  Track and analyse sales metrics to identify areas for improvement. o  Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management. o  Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales activities effectively. • Process Improvement: o  Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process for greater efficiency and conversion. o  Implement best practices and stay updated on industry trends. Qualifications : • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. • 3–6 years of proven inside sales experience, preferably in B2B environments. • At least 1 year in a team leadership role. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
