PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the addition and removal of assets during new store setups, remodels, and capital replacement projects. Assist in documenting and updating asset information in line with standard operating procedures. Support review of engineering drawings and specifications to support accurate asset entries. Support ad hoc requests related to asset management as assigned by the Manager. Support correct interpretation and application of asset naming, location data, and categorization. Follow guidance from the Manager in executing assigned requests and tasks. Maintain accuracy and completeness in all submitted documentation and asset entries. Support the implementation of standard procedures in asset tracking and validation activities. Work closely with team members in India and HQ to support asset updates and validations. Communicate clearly and promptly on task status or blockers. Adapt to project-specific tools and platforms as required JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 1–2 years of relevant experience Understanding of Engineering drawings and documentation Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to adapt to platforms/tools required by the business Willingness to support high-volume executional work with accuracy Self-motivated and able to work with Manager’s direction Team-oriented with a positive attitude Skills Required: Proficiency in reading Engineering plans and MEP drawings Working knowledge of tools such as AutoCAD / Revit/ Microstation Strong attention to detail in asset tracking and validation Good organizational and time management skills Clear and effective communication Commitment to delivering accurate and complete work on time
