The Hook
As a Business Lead (SaaS), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and scaling our SaaS business. You will own the complete sales lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and engaging prospects to closing deals and driving customer success. Your mission is to accelerate SaaS adoption, create predictable revenue streams, and establish Source’s software products as category-leading solutions.
Your Three Main Objectives
Revenue Growth:
Drive new business acquisition and achieve SaaS revenue targets.
Pipeline Development:
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound, inbound, and partner-led opportunities.
Customer Expansion:
Ensure successful onboarding, retention, and growth of customer accounts.

5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales roles.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, demos, negotiations, and closures.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
