About the Role
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will take technical and people leadership responsibility for a cross-functional engineering team delivering a mission-critical learning and compliance platform used across healthcare organisations. This is a senior, hands-on role where you will balance architectural ownership, high-quality delivery, and line management responsibilities.
You’ll lead the design and development of scalable, secure, cloud-based solutions across the full software development lifecycle, working closely with product, platform, and operations teams.
