Job Title:
Lead Software Engineer (Solutions)
Location:
Bangalore, 5-day WFO (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:
Act as a client-facing technical lead, collaborating with Delivery, Infrastructure, and Product teams.
Design and implement solutions for problems that cannot be addressed with existing product features.
Engage with client technical and business teams to understand workflows and replicate them using Skit’s products where possible.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve client integration issues.
Take ownership of API and telephony integration challenges and drive them to resolution.
Identify technical integration issues and provide effective solutions.
Automate manual operational tasks to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a service-based company.
Strong client-facing and project-unblocking skills.
Ability to debug systems/calls using logs and traces.
Proficiency in Python programming.
Experience integrating or building HTTP APIs.
Willingness to collaborate across teams and experiment with new technologies.
Strong communication skills.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience with Django Rest Framework, Redis, or Celery.
Understanding of applied ML concepts and challenges.
Hands-on Python programming experience in machine learning projects.
Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and ability to apply them in Python development.
Experience developing microservices or projects in Python.
Hands-on experience with RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with container platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
Exposure to AWS or similar cloud platforms
