Lead Software Engineer

You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and high-performance software for high-velocity fleet management solutions. You will collaborate with full stack teams to gather requirements, deliver technical solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects with an innovative mindset. This role requires deep technical knowledge, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>8+ years</strong> of professional software development experience, including <strong>2+ years in senior technical or leadership roles</strong>.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong expertise in <strong>full stack development with React.js, Node.js, and API development</strong>.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Solid understanding of <strong>microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)</strong>.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Expertise in <strong>event-driven integration patterns</strong> (e.g., pub/sub messaging).</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
