We are looking for highly experienced and strategic Java Full Stack developers to design and develop robust, scalable, and secure enterprise applications across web, mobile and desktop platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Implement full stack solutions for enterprise-grade web and desktop applications.
Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.
Define and enforce architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices across teams.
Technical design reviews, code reviews, and performance audits.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery.
Adopting modern development practices including CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native design.
Assess and recommend new tools and frameworks to improve development efficiency
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance system performance and maintainability (Github copilot or cursor ai).
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Must have 5+ years of experience
Must have hands-on experience in Java development for enterprise applications.
Proven expertise in:
Backend: Java SE/EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices
Frontend: Angular, React or Vue.js
Desktop: JavaFX, Swing or SWT
API Design: RESTful and Microservices, GraphQL
Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL
Strong understanding of architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with Android application development (Java or Kotlin)
Familiarity with DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cross-platform desktop development (e.g., Electron, Qt).
Exposure to enterprise integration patterns and middleware (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Certifications in Java, cloud architecture, or enterprise architecture.
Good to have Python and Django knowledge
