Scope of Work / Responsibilities
Involved in the End-to-End Sales process from Lead Generation to Order Collection and payment Collection.
Generating leads from multiple platforms.
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications
Analyzing customer feedback on products and services offered Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.

Minimum: Graduate (Any stream)
