Project Planning & Documentation
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures (WBS) in alignment with execution strategy.
Own the lifecycle of project documentation—ensuring accuracy, version control, and audit readiness.
Collaborate with project managers to track milestones, flag deviations, and ensure timely delivery.
Coordination & Communication
Act as the strategic liaison between Head Office and field/project sites, enabling seamless communication and alignment.
Facilitate interdepartmental coordination across engineering, procurement, HR, and finance functions.
Schedule and lead project meetings, prepare minutes, and drive closure on action items.
Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor project progress against approved plans and generate structured status reports for senior leadership.
Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and escalate with mitigation strategies.
Support risk assessment exercises and contribute to contingency planning.
Resource Planning Support
Assist in planning and allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials in coordination with relevant departments.
Ensure resource distribution aligns with project timelines and operational priorities.
Data Management & Analysis
Gather, analyze, and interpret project data to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Maintain real-time dashboards and tracking tools using Excel, MS Project, or other project management platforms.
Proposal & Client Reporting Support
Contribute to the preparation of project proposals, client presentations, and formal reports.
Collaborate with business development and technical teams to ensure documentation aligns with client expectations and project scope.
Execution & Delivery Oversight
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
Monitor progress against baseline plans and initiate corrective actions
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies
