<h3><strong>What we’re looking for (qualifications)</strong></h3>
<p>We are not big on formal qualifications, and we value hands-on skills. We also enjoy working with people looking to learn new things and have a sense of responsibility toward their work.</p>

<p>You have spent at least three years of experience designing modern applications with user-centric design principles.</p>

<p>You have worked on B2B SaaS applications and have a good understanding of conversational experiences.</p>

<p>You can stay on top of non-functional requirements and can build scalable design systems, responsive layouts and accessible experiences.</p>

<p>You have hands-on experience using design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Illustrator every day to get work done.</p>

<p>You can collaborate with a team full of opinionated people and stay unbiased while presenting your ideas during brainstorming sessions.</p>

<p>You should be able to improvise and make quick design decisions while leveraging basic design principles and common sense.</p>

<h3><strong>What you’ll do (responsibilities)</strong></h3>

<p><strong>Drive user research programs. </strong>You will partner with product managers to do user research interviews with real-world customers and work iteratively to refine the product over time.</p>
</li>

<p><strong>Collaborate with product and engineering</strong>: You will co-own the product roadmap with the rest of the product and engineering teams and influence what gets prioritized for upcoming quarters.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Present your work to the team.</strong> You will meet with the team and our customers to present user journeys and walkthroughs to help them understand how our product works end-to-end.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Make decisions using product analytics.</strong> You will leverage all kinds of data at your disposal to make informed decisions about user experience and product capabilities.</p>

<li>
<p><strong>Publish best practices. </strong>If you have a passion for writing, you can publish our design practices and discoveries on our Atomicwork blog.</p>

<p><strong>Self-direct your work and co-own the product.</strong> You will act as an owner of the product and will have autonomy and responsibility to do what’s right for the customer.</p>
