About the Role We are looking for a strategic and creative communications professional to join Sabre’s Bengaluru Global Capability Centre as Lead, Internal Communications .   This role will be responsible for driving impactful internal communications programs that strengthen employee engagement, enhance organizational culture, and amplify leadership messaging across our Bengaluru centre. The ideal candidate would be a strong storyteller, trusted advisor to leaders, and execution-focused communications professional who can translate business priorities into compelling employee experiences and communication strategies. This individual will work closely with leadership, functions, business teams, and global stakeholders to deliver clear, engaging, and consistent communications that connect employees to Sabre’s vision, strategy, and culture. Key Responsibilities Support senior leadership communications including town halls, leadership comms, presentations, scripts, and organizational announcements    Act as a trusted communications advisor to leaders and project teams, helping drive authentic, clear, and consistent messaging across internal platforms and channels   Partner with cross-functional teams across the business – including leadership and global stakeholders – to develop and execute communication plans for key initiatives and programs   Drive internal communications initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, organizational culture, and alignment with Sabre’s values   Lead employee engagement campaigns and communication programs across the Bengaluru centre   Create high-quality content for internal communication channels including newsletters, intranet, emails, digital signages, videos, and collaboration platforms   Develop compelling stories that showcase employee impact, innovation, and workplace culture   Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and creative partners as needed   Measure communication effectiveness through engagement metrics, feedback, and employee insights, while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance the employee communication experience Qualifications, Experience, and Skills 8 to 12 years of experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Employer Branding, or related communications fields   Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline   Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling and presentation capabilities   Experience driving employee engagement and culture-building initiatives   Strong understanding of communication channels, digital content, and employee engagement best practices   Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment   Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution   Creative mindset with the ability to simplify complex information   Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams   High attention to detail with strong collaboration and teamwork skills   Experience working in global organizations or matrixed environments preferred   Experience with communication and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, or similar tools is a plus   Basic understanding of Gen AI tools will be a plus Benefits   At Sabre we believe benefits are not one-size-fits-all.
