We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary
Senior Integration & Data Engineering Lead
to architect and deliver cloud-native, API-first solutions that power enterprise-scale digital transformation. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in
Boomi
,
event-driven architectures
,
Kafka
,
AWS
,
AWS Glue
and modern
ETL tools
such as
Informatica
,
Matillion
, or
IICS,
along with strong proficiency in
Snowflake
and
Python
.
This role demands a strategic problem solver with hands-on technical depth, a passion for innovation, and the ability to lead multi-functional teams while engaging collaborators across business and technology domains.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Lead
the development of API-first, modular integration solutions using Boomi and Kafka.
Design and implement scalable, cloud-native data pipelines using
AWS Glue, Snowflake
, and modern ETL platforms.
Collaborate
with enterprise architects and business leaders to align solutions with organizational strategy and culture.
Provide technical leadership through
solution design, code reviews, and mentoring of engineering teams.
Champion innovation in integration and data engineering practices, driving continuous improvement.
Build and nurture strong relationships with collaborators across business and IT.
Ensure robust standards for security, performance, and reliability in all delivered solutions.
Nurture a culture of teamwork creativity, and technical excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven expertise in
Boomi, event-driven architecture, Kafka, and the AWS ecosystem
.
Strong hands-on experience with
AWS Glue, Snowflake, and Python
for data engineering.
Solid working knowledge of
ETL tools
such as Informatica, Matillion, or IICS.
Proven ability to architect and deliver complex integration and data solutions at scale.
Excellent communication and social skills, with a track record of partner engagement.
Experience leading technical teams and driving pivotal initiatives.
Creative problem-solver with a passion for demonstrating technology to deliver business value.
Deep understanding of enterprise technology strategy and interpersonal dynamics.
Proficient in
API Gateway

AWS hosting capabilities and services

Skilled in architecting for non-functional requirements such as

Proven understanding of
