Job Description This role primarily focused forecasting, planning and decision support with a primary focus on metrics/KPI. Responsible for conducting business performance analysis to assess risk and opportunities, incorporating trend analysis to assess business implications. Creates, maintains and enhances models used in decision support and analyzing segment performance. Partners with the business to adjust assumptions or offer parameters Key Responsibilities Develop, improve and operate Planning/ Forecasting models and perform analysis (variance, trend etc). Primary focus on Client & Advisor Metric model with future enhancements. Create consolidate governance, risk assessment reports, leader assessments and global surveys – focusing on providing business context. Assist in developing commentary around business results. Perform independent analysis using multiple data sources to derive root cause and track benefits of past decisions. Ad hoc projects, Analytics to support deep dives/ queries during the Planning & Forecasting cycles throughout the year. Keep an eye for simplification/ enhancement/ overhauling of the Planning & Forecasting models to make future reporting and analysis more efficient/ effective. Required Qualifications 5-8 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Power Point, Access and Excel). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with intellect to both develop and challenge explanations & arguments. Experience in working and managing relationships with global teams Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to lead up to finance and business leaders Adaptable to change and ability to work in a challenging and often pressured environment Effective time management and communication skills essential to manage workload and prioritize tasks Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Access.
