We’re looking for a
Tech Leader for our Frontend team
who can own the architecture, quality, and scalability of our frontend systems. This role goes beyond coding - you’ll shape how our products feel, perform, and evolve.
You’ll work closely with product, design, and backend teams to build intuitive, high-performance applications while mentoring a team of engineers and setting strong frontend engineering standards.
The Hats You Will Wear
Lead the design and architecture of scalable frontend systems using React
Drive engineering best practices across code quality, performance, and security
Mentor and manage a team of frontend engineers (code reviews, hiring, coaching)
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences
Own end-to-end delivery of frontend features—from design to production
Improve application performance, responsiveness, and usability at scale
Establish and enforce frontend standards, design systems, and reusable components
Identify and resolve bottlenecks across browsers, devices, and environments
Stay updated with evolving frontend ecosystem and drive adoption where relevant
The Perfect Fit
7 - 10 years of frontend development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong expertise in React JS, Hooks, state management (Redux/Zustand, etc.)
Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI patterns
Proven experience in frontend architecture and scalable system design
Experience working with REST APIs and complex backend integrations
Strong grasp of performance optimization, caching, lazy loading, and rendering strategies
Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.)
Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
Hands-on experience with code reviews, testing, and debugging
Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Your Edge Over the Rest
B2C fintech / consumer internet experience (strong preference)
Experience with TypeScript
Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest/Cypress)
Experience with mobile-first or React Native ecosystems
