ROLE SUMMARY: · You will act as the product owner and solution engineer for LSEG's Architecture Repository (currently LeanIX), owning the roadmap, operational governance, and continuous improvement of the platform in partnership with the Corporate Engineering application support team. · You will combine business analysis and hands-on full-stack engineering to identify high-value user and data problems, design pragmatic solutions, and deliver production-ready outcomes that improve the value, usability, and adoption of the Architecture Repository across LSEG's engineering ecosystem. · You will operate with a high degree of independence as an AI-accelerated "one-person product squad", using modern SaaS/cloud tooling and AI coding assistants to move from problem discovery through solution design, implementation, and operational rollout. · The role requires a blend of engineering depth, product thinking, architectural judgement, and participant leadership to deliver measurable improvements in data quality, user experience, governance, and strategic engineering outcomes. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: · Proven experience identifying business and user problems, shaping solution options, and delivering practical end-to-end outcomes rather than only defining strategy or requirements. · Strong hands-on engineering capability across solution design, scripting/coding, configuration, integration, data handling, and operational tooling, with the ability to move from concept to production-ready implementation. · Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants and modern SaaS/cloud tooling to accelerate analysis, development, and delivery in a controlled and effective way. · Strong product management skills, with the ability to define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to organisational goals, stakeholder needs, and measurable outcomes. · Strong stakeholder management and community leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive adoption, and embed strategic standards and ways of working. · Deep understanding of Architecture, modern engineering practices, DevSecOps, IT service management, and data governance in a highly regulated environment will be a plus.
