Location: Chennai Work Mode: Work From Office ( 5 days ) Lead Visual Designer We’re looking for a Lead Designer with 5–7 years of experience and a strong eye for visual craft. Someone who deeply understands how visuals work, not just how to make things look good, but how layout, typography, color, hierarchy, interaction, and storytelling come together to create something people actually feel. You should be someone who can think, explore, experiment, and execute. We love people who bring ideas to the table, push the work forward, and care enough to make every screen, graphic, and experience sharper than where it started. This is a hands on creative role. You’ll work closely with a team that cares deeply about design, speed, quality, and original thinking. What We’re Looking For A strong graphic and visual design portfolio. This can get the conversation started. 5–7 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, brand design and digital design A deep understanding of visual design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, hierarchy, composition, balance, and detail Good understanding of how motion works, including transitions, interaction, pacing, animation thinking, and how movement can make an experience feel more alive Versatility in both thought and execution. You should be able to move across product UI, brand visuals, campaigns, website sections, decks, prototypes, and digital experiences Strong hands-on skills in Figma and other design tools needed to bring ideas to life Ability to use AI tools to speed up exploration, generate directions, improve workflows, and reduce repetitive work The taste to know when AI helps, and the judgment to know when craft still needs a human hand Comfort working with a fast-moving creative team where ideas evolve quickly and quality matters Ability to take feedback well, give feedback clearly, and keep the work moving without making the process heavy What You’ll Do Create high-quality visuals across brand, marketing, and customer-facing experiences Explore multiple creative directions and bring strong design thinking into each one Web page designs, interfaces, graphics, prototypes, and visual systems that feel sharp, thoughtful, and well-crafted Bring motion thinking into your work, whether it’s for website experiences, storytelling, or animated concepts Use AI practically in your daily workflow to move faster, test more ideas, and make execution smarter Collaborate with designers, marketers, product managers, and engineers to turn ideas into polished work Push the quality of design in the team by bringing strong taste, curiosity, and craft Help maintain consistency across visuals while still making room for fresh ideas You’ll Fit Right In If: You get excited by a blank canvas You have strong opinions about design, but you’re still open to better ideas You care about the tiny details most people miss You can move fast without making the work feel rushed You’re curious about AI, motion, systems, storytelling, and everything that makes design more powerful You don’t just want to “finish tasks.” You want to make work that makes the team proud You enjoy being around creative people who care, debate, experiment, and push each other to do better.
