Lead Visual Designer
We’re looking for a Lead Designer with 5–7 years of experience and a strong eye for visual craft.
Someone who deeply understands how visuals work, not just how to make things look good, but how layout, typography, color, hierarchy, interaction, and storytelling come together to create something people actually feel.
You should be someone who can think, explore, experiment, and execute. We love people who bring ideas to the table, push the work forward, and care enough to make every screen, graphic, and experience sharper than where it started.
This is a hands on creative role. You’ll work closely with a team that cares deeply about design, speed, quality, and original thinking.
What We’re Looking For
A strong graphic and visual design portfolio. This can get the conversation started.
5–7 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, brand design and digital design
A deep understanding of visual design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, hierarchy, composition, balance, and detail
Good understanding of how motion works, including transitions, interaction, pacing, animation thinking, and how movement can make an experience feel more alive
Versatility in both thought and execution. You should be able to move across product UI, brand visuals, campaigns, website sections, decks, prototypes, and digital experiences
Strong hands-on skills in Figma and other design tools needed to bring ideas to life
Ability to use AI tools to speed up exploration, generate directions, improve workflows, and reduce repetitive work
The taste to know when AI helps, and the judgment to know when craft still needs a human hand
Comfort working with a fast-moving creative team where ideas evolve quickly and quality matters
Ability to take feedback well, give feedback clearly, and keep the work moving without making the process heavy
What You’ll Do
Create high-quality visuals across brand, marketing, and customer-facing experiences
Explore multiple creative directions and bring strong design thinking into each one
Web page designs, interfaces, graphics, prototypes, and visual systems that feel sharp, thoughtful, and well-crafted
Bring motion thinking into your work, whether it’s for website experiences, storytelling, or animated concepts
Use AI practically in your daily workflow to move faster, test more ideas, and make execution smarter
Collaborate with designers, marketers, product managers, and engineers to turn ideas into polished work
Push the quality of design in the team by bringing strong taste, curiosity, and craft
Help maintain consistency across visuals while still making room for fresh ideas
You’ll Fit Right In If:
You get excited by a blank canvas
You have strong opinions about design, but you’re still open to better ideas
You care about the tiny details most people miss
You can move fast without making the work feel rushed
You’re curious about AI, motion, systems, storytelling, and everything that makes design more powerful
You don’t just want to “finish tasks.” You want to make work that makes the team proud
You enjoy being around creative people who care, debate, experiment, and push each other to do better.
