Skill : End to End RCM Quality (this will include scheduling, Billing, cash posting, coding and denial management – AR Denial Management)
Responsible for overseeing end to end quality performance, ensuring process accuracy, and driving continuous improvement across operations.
The role involves conducting regular audits, identifying error trends, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive action plans to reduce defects.
This position also supports training needs, facilitates calibration sessions, prepares quality dashboards and reports, and partners closely with operations and clients to ensure all quality related KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
Strong analytical ability, teamwork, communication skills, and experience in quality frameworks are essential for success in this role.
