Lead Analyst - Strategic Sourcing

In this role, you will be responsible for driving value across our global supply chain by conducting deep-dive spend analysis, managing competitive bidding processes (RFx), and supporting end-to-end contract negotiations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders in Finance, Legal, and various business units to optimize spend and ensure our vendor partnerships align with LivePerson’s strategic objectives.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform comprehensive spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and trends across different categories.</li> <li>Lead and manage RFx (RFP, RFI, RFQ) processes, including vendor identification, bid evaluation, and selection.</li> <li>Support the negotiation of commercial terms and collaborate with Legal to ensure compliance with corporate standards.</li> <li>Partner with department leaders to understand their sourcing needs and provide data-driven recommendations.</li> <li>Monitor vendor performance and lead periodic business reviews to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.</li> <li>Stay current on market trends and industry benchmarks to inform sourcing strategies.</li> <li>Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline the "Procure-to-Pay" workflow.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain analytics.</li> <li>Expert-level proficiency in data analysis and reporting; experience with ERP or eSourcing tools is highly preferred.</li> <li>Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to leadership.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.</li> <li>Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling.</li> <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.</li> <li><strong>Certifications:</strong> Professional certification (e.g., CPSM, MCIPS) is a plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Personal time off 15 days - Casual (5) days, Care Days (5) &amp; Sick Days (5)</li> <li>Medical Insurance: 8 Lakhs Family Floater that covers employee, spouse, 3 children and parents or In-laws</li> <li>Group Personal Accident: 3x of the employee’s Gross Salary</li> <li>Group Term Life: 3x of the employee’s Gross Salary</li> <li>Volunteering Days – Use them to make a difference in your community.
