Mentor AI engineers and conduct technical reviews
Work with stakeholders to convert ideas into scalable AI solutions
Drive best practices for
LLMOps, observability, reliability
Required Skills
7+ years experience in
application engineering / AI engineering
Strong hands-on experience building
production GenAI systems
Deep knowledge of:
LLM system design
Prompt engineering & evaluation
RAG at scale
Strong Python + backend engineering skills
Cloud-native design experience
Strong problem-solving & communication skills
Good to Have
Experience leading client-facing AI programs
Exposure to multi-tenant or enterprise AI platforms
Data engineering fundamentals
