Overview:
As a
Product
Consultant
for Adobe Learning Manager
,
you
will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and integration of our LMS solution
– Adobe Learning Manager
for
our customers during onboarding
.
This role involves managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and
providing
expert guidance to clients to ensure their specific needs are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LMS implementation, project management, and client relationship management.
What
You’ll
Do
:
Project Management
:
Lead and manage multiple LMS implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time,
and
within scope.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk management.
Conduct regular project status meetings with c
ustomers
and internal teams to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.
Customer
Consultation
:
Serve as the primary point of contact for c
ustomer
s during the
onboarding
phase, providing expert advice and support.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand
customer
requirements and tailor LMS solutions to meet their specific needs.
Translate complex technical information for customers, ensuring they understand and can effectively use the system.
Facilitate
customer
training sessions and workshops to ensure successful adoption and
utilization
of
Learning Manager
.
Technical Expertise
:
Implement configuration, customization, and integration of
Adobe Learning Manager
with other
customer
systems.
Help customers set up SSO, Out-of-the-box and API integrations.
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to
prioritize and resolve any roadblocks to implementation.
Documentation and Reporting
:
Create detailed implementation documentation, including project plans, configuration guides, and training materials.
Prepare regular project reports and presentations for
customer
s and internal stakeholders.
Maintain
accurate
records of all project activities, issues, and resolutions.
Continuous Improvement
:
Stay
up-to-date
with the latest trends and best practices in LMS implementation and e-learning technologies.
Contribute to the development and improvement of implementation methodologies and processes.
Mentor and support junior implementation consultants, providing guidance and knowledge sharing.
What
you’ll
need to succeed
:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of
10
years of experience in implementing Learning Management Systems or similar
SAAS-based
solutions.
Proven
track record
of managing and delivering complex projects successfully.
Strong technical background with experience in system integration, data migration, and configuration.
Skills:
Strong Technical skills in the areas of SSO, API and Integrations with SAAS Products
Flair for AI and experience in using Gen AI is required.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong c
ustomer
relationships.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency
in LMS platforms, e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM,
xAPI
), and related technologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
