Experience Required:
6 months to 1 year of experience in a school laboratory environment (School Expereince)
Educational Qualification:
Bachelors' & Masters' in Physics / Chemistry / Biology or related discipline from a recognized university
Strong understanding of basic laboratory procedures and safety practices
Key Responsibilities:
Assist subject teachers in setting up and conducting lab experiments and practical classes
Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and materials
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety in the laboratory at all times
Maintain records of chemicals, reagents, and apparatus
Assist in performing routine maintenance and calibration of lab instruments
Support students during practical sessions by explaining procedures and ensuring safety compliance
Report any damages or requirements to the concerned teacher/HOD promptly
Skills & Competencies:
Attention to detail and adherence to lab safety standards
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining lab inventory records
Enthusiasm to support student learning in a hands-on environment
