You will work closely with senior engineers, project teams, and customers to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing network services.</p>

<li data-section-id="1je9gv3" data-start="1123" data-end="1215">Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for enterprise data and wireless network environments.</li>
<li data-section-id="12gmc42" data-start="1216" data-end="1325">Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, connectivity issues, and service requests within SLA timelines.</li>
<li data-section-id="pa0xc2" data-start="1326" data-end="1401">Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, VPN, and campus networking environments.</li>
<li data-section-id="12hwdxy" data-start="1402" data-end="1559">Assist in deployment, configuration, testing, and rollout of routers, switches, wireless controllers, access points, firewalls, and related infrastructure.</li>
<li data-section-id="1vv9req" data-start="1560" data-end="1698">Monitor network health and performance using enterprise monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Cisco Prime, or equivalent platforms.</li>
<li data-section-id="1l24lxr" data-start="1699" data-end="1834">Support Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), Access Points (APs), CAPWAP/LWAPP protocols, and wireless connectivity troubleshooting.</li>

<li data-section-id="6qit3c" data-start="2077" data-end="2185">Manage incidents, changes, and service requests through ITSM/ticketing platforms following ITIL processes.</li>

<li data-section-id="hzegvp" data-start="2692" data-end="2785">Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, and enterprise networking fundamentals.</li>
<li data-section-id="1con89i" data-start="2786" data-end="2901">Hands-on experience with Cisco, Arista, HP, Palo Alto, Viptela, or equivalent enterprise networking technologies.</li>
<li data-section-id="10pjuut" data-start="2902" data-end="3019">Basic to intermediate knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, wireless technologies, and network security concepts.</li>
<li data-section-id="4j0oh0" data-start="3020" data-end="3131">Familiarity with Cisco Wireless technologies including WLCs, APs, and Wi-Fi standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax).</li>
<li data-section-id="1a9ja62" data-start="3132" data-end="3244">Understanding of wireless authentication and security concepts such as WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, RADIUS, and TACACS+.</li>
