They will have excellent writing skills and be comfortable working with senior stakeholders across the business and also be comfortable with a level of ambiguity and change. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, growing organization with a creative, friendly and experienced team.</p> <ul> <li>Manage APAC training calendar, ensuring we run the sessions in the curriculum regularly via identifying speakers from the business with the support from L&amp;D champions across APAC</li> <li>Track training attendance via CAPsule and Teams as well as spend against the L&amp;D budget</li> <li>Be the super user for CAPsule – Capco’s internal learning portal and administer L&amp;D data and processes</li> <li>Support in Reporting and training dashboard – tracking L&amp;D KPIs, ad hoc reports based on need</li> <li>Be the point of contact to answer any general L&amp;D and CAPsule inquiries via Teams, L&amp;D inbox, ad hoc calls</li> <li>Manage the end-to-end logistics arrangements for training delivery including calendar invite, room booking, pre-training arrangements, online production and post-training follow-up</li> <li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">&nbsp;L&amp;D tracking, reporting and analytics of engagements and deliveries</span></li> <li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">work on cornerstone portal or another learning portal</span></li> <li>Manage and deliver Induction Program and Associate Talent Program via partnering with teams across different functions ensuring brilliant on-boarding experience for new joiners across levels</li> <li>Work with the L&amp;D Lead to evaluate all L&amp;D programmes and interventions, demonstrating ROI&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage external qualifications application processing</li> <li>Work with finance for new vendor registrations by submitting all the documentations required and ensure invoice payment is done within the payment period</li> <li>Manage any ad-hoc task and admin support as and when required</li> </ul> <p><strong>You are expected to:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be educated to degree level and/or HR/L&amp;D professionally qualified.
