Brief
We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to oversee daily operations, manage cash reconciliation, inventory, and attendance tracking. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, software knowledge, and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure accurate cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting.
Manage stocks, GRN (Goods Received Notes), and purchase orders. Maintain accurate records and status updates.
Monitor and track attendance of promoters, BDEs (Business Development Executives), and other staff members.
Proficiently use software applications such as Petpooja, ERP, and POS machines.
Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Prepare incentives for staff members based on performance and company policies.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Troubleshoot and resolve POS machine issues promptly.
Ensure timely follow-ups for delivery and GRN completion
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's in Supply chain / Logistics
3-4 years of experience in operations management.
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
