They will be responsible for identifying, approaching and collaborating for a corporate tie-up for bulk sourcing of business requirements across product mix for their leads. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills and have a proactive attitude for sales by owning the brand identity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Channel Partner Hunting: Prospect corporate clients with international travel leads for forex cash and zero mark-up forex cards needs via research, networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, and events. Build qualified lead pipeline by addressing pain points for prospects in forex markups, travel expenses, card issuance, and cash management. Deliver presentations/demos of Niyo Global's zero forex markup cards and forex cash & remittance services to secure decision-maker meetings. Meet baseline targets for lead generation, meetings, and prospect conversions. 2. Drive Sourcing & Service Fulfilment: Track end-to-end onboarding, coordinate delivery of cards, forex cash, and customized solutions (e.g., bulk request for group travel). Liaise with internal teams for seamless fulfilment, cross sell features like Niyo Premium, International Travel Insurance, ESIM etc. Achieve targets for cards issued, accounts activated, initial activation, with high accuracy and compliance. 3. Long Term Relationship Management: Act as primary contact for key accounts, building trust with channel partners. Proactively guide queries on card usage, disputes, forex rates, and advise on app features for high satisfaction/retention. Drive growth via upselling & cross selling for long term partnerships. Conduct reviews, track metrics (transaction volume, adoption), and meet targets for retention, renewal, and revenue expansion. Required Skills and Expertise: · Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any stream. MBA in business streams preferred. · Excellent communication in English. · Interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with retail and channel POC effectively. · Knowledge of any Forex or Travel-Tech products sales & service will be an added advantage. · Forex Marketing or Sales background preferred. Other Requirements: · 1-3 years in any service or sales industry with focus on customer facing deliverables.
