Role Overview
The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for
driving collections, ensuring renewals, and building strong, long-term relationships
with partner schools. This role demands a balance of
financial discipline, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management
to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collections & Renewals
Ensure
100% fee collection
within defined timelines.
Track invoices, outstanding dues, and payment schedules.
Drive proactive renewal discussions 3–4 months before expiry.
Work closely with finance for reconciliations and escalations.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management
Engage regularly with
School Owners, Principals, SIOs, Teachers, Students, and Parents
.
Conduct structured business reviews with school management.
Support SIOs with training, motivation, and incentive programs.
Ensure active participation of students in Ulipsu activities and events.
Strengthen parent-school perception by sharing student achievements.
3. Growth & Value Building
Position Ulipsu as a
long-term partner
through consistent engagement.
Identify opportunities for
upselling, cross-selling, and referrals
.
Build renewal champions within schools for smoother decision-making.
4. Reporting & Metrics
Maintain dashboards on collections, renewals, and stakeholder engagement.
Report risks, opportunities, and engagement activities on a weekly basis.
Track and achieve KPIs: collection efficiency, renewal %, engagement scores, and upsell/referrals.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
3–5 years of experience in
account management, renewals, collections, or customer success
, preferably in
EdTech / B2B SaaS / education services
.
Proven track record of
driving renewals and managing key accounts
.
