Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Engagement & Pipeline Generation (20%)
Create WhatsApp group within 24 hours of account assignment
Send welcome message & conduct introduction call within 24 hours
Maintain structured and consistent engagement with assigned partners
Drive 3–5 new applications per active partner per month
Build strong relationships to ensure consistent pipeline flow
2. Application Quality & Process Management (20%)
Conduct regular follow-ups for new applications & pending documents
Ensure 80% of pending documents are collected within 2 weeks
Maintain accurate and clear CRM comments without fail
Ensure application closure within 15 days (post Sales discussion)
Provide shortlisting support when required
Maintain shortlisting TAT within 2 hours
3. Conversion & Revenue Impact (40%)
Conduct regular COL (Conditional Offer Letter) review
Achieve 75% COL to UCOL conversion (from total COL base)
Liaise with partners to fulfill offer conditions
Drive 80% UCO to Deposit conversion
Actively work towards maximizing offer-to-deposit ratio
Coordinate closely with Sales, Admissions, and Operations teams
4. Application Cancellation Control (10%)
Ensure accurate shortlisting & eligibility checks before submission
Maintain cancellation rate below 30% of total applications
Ensure document completeness before AO submission
Assess partner intent and student profile quality
5. Dormant Partner Reactivation (10%)
Identify and reach out to inactive partners
Reactivate 10% of dormant partner base quarterly
Address partner concerns related to commission or service
Coordinate reactivation strategy with Sales team
Required Skills & Competencies
Minimum 1 year experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education
Experience handling multiple destinations (UK/USA/Canada/Australia/Europe)
Strong partner relationship management skills
Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
Strong understanding of admission processes & documentation
CRM proficiency
Ability to manage targets and revenue-driven KPIs
Strong follow-up and coordination ski
Preferred Profile
Prior experience as KAM / Partner Success / CRO / PSO
Exposure to multi-destination university applications
Data-driven and conversion-focused mindset
Ability to manage high-volume application pipeline
