Your key responsibilities
Prepare and verify structural calculations in accordance with Eurocodes and Finnish national standards
Perform and support 3D modeling as part of the design process
Prepare calculations, drawings, and models to ensure accuracy and consistency
Take responsibility for the quality of structural designs and deliverables
We expect that you have
Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent
Fluent in English
5–10 years of experience in structural design
Proficient use of RFEM, Tekla Structures, and AutoCAD
Experience working on projects in Nordic countries
Proven track record with reference projects in industrial and public sector projects
Ability to work independently
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
Ability to monitor and continuously improve quality
Ability to apply local country-specific quality requirements in daily work
We appreciate if you have
Experience in Steel workshop (fabrication) design
Experience in precast element design
Exprerience in modeling structures in Revit
Experience working on projects in Finland
Experience in preparing design documentation in Finnish
Finnish language skills
