Primary Responsibilities:-
Optimizing our pipeline and maintain/update documentation.
Developing our pipeline with the team and artists to meet our customers needs.
Maintain practices and exercising quality control on all aspects

Responsible for maintaining software, tools, providing front-line support to artist, and general troubleshooting of vfx pipeline
Educate artists on how to work with the pipeline ensuring artist efficiency
To keep end users and managers informed of progress and requests by being a good and clear communicator.
To engage with and understand artists and managers to discover their requirements by being an effective listener.
Being an effective time manager and meet deadlines, you must be able to prioritize many requests and not be afraid to ask for help if the path is not clear.
Manage resources and skills to juggle multiple projects.
Should have experience in handling a large number of team.
Knowledge required:-
Passionate about CG/VFX technology and art.
Understanding that the technology feeds artistic needs
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to
Should have 1+ Year of Work experience in Animation and VFX Industry.
