Junior Copywriter

📍 Location: Mumbai – Phoenix Centrium, Kurla 🕒 Experience: 1–2 Years ABOUT THE ROLE Puretech Digital is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Junior Copywriter to join our growing Creative Solutions Team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about writing, digital content, social media, and storytelling. As a Junior Copywriter, you will work closely with Creative Strategists, Designers, Video Editors, and Client Servicing teams to create engaging and impactful communication across digital platforms. You will get hands-on exposure to working on brands across industries while learning the nuances of digital-first communication, campaign ideation, and brand storytelling. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Content Creation Write engaging and platform-specific copy Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, communication style, and campaign objectives Creative Ideation & Campaign Support Assist in brainstorming campaign ideas, concepts, and content strategies Participate in creative discussions and contribute fresh, trend-driven ideas Support influencer campaigns and branded content ideation wherever required Research & Brand Understanding Conduct research on brands, industries, competitors, and audience trends Understand client briefs and convert them into engaging and relevant communication Stay updated on social media trends, internet culture, and emerging digital formats Collaboration & Execution Work closely with Designers, Video Editors, Creative Leads, and Client Servicing teams for campaign execution Coordinate on feedback and revisions to ensure timely delivery of content Adapt copy across multiple formats and platforms depending on audience and campaign goals Quality & Content Optimization Ensure content is grammatically accurate, engaging, and creatively strong Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and quality across deliverables Optimize content for readability, engagement, and platform relevance WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experience & Skills 1–2 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, social media content creation, or digital communication Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube Familiarity with content formats, trends, and digital-first communication Language & Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong command over grammar, sentence structure, and storytelling Knowledge of Hindi copywriting will be an added advantage Creative & Organizational Skills Creative thinker with strong ideation and storytelling abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Eagerness to learn, take feedback positively, and grow within a collaborative creative team WHY JOIN US?
