Job Overview:
As a Junior Baker, you will produce high-quality bakery goods with skills in baking, measurement, and food safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Produce bakery products consistently following recipes
Operate and maintain industrial baking equipment
Conduct inventory checks and manage supplies
Ensure proper product storage and packaging
Maintain sanitation standards in bakery area
Participate in production meetings and process improvement
Plan mise-en-place for timely execution of tasks
Requirements
Diploma in Bakery or related field
Industrial training in bakery operations
1-3 years hands-on bakery experience
Experience with industrial equipment
Understanding of measurement systems
Ability to handle high-temperature conditions
Strong attention to detail
