Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated and technically savvy Jr. Technical Support Engineer - I to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
Document and track customer issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Provide technical guidance and support to customers on using our products and services.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Stay current with new technologies and industry developments to provide the best possible support to our customers.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to our customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree In Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and knowledge management tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of networking and system administration.
Knowledge of scripting and automation is a plus.
