Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Laravel Developer with around 1 year of hands-on experience in PHP/Laravel and web application development. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of backend development, REST APIs, and database management, and basic javascript along with a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Laravel framework
Build and integrate RESTful APIs
Work with MySQL or other relational databases
Collaborate with frontend developers (React/Next.js or similar)
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Debug and resolve technical issues
Participate in code reviews and team discussions
Assist in optimizing application performance
Used AI agents in the codebase when needed
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of OOPs concepts, and good Logical and problem solving skill.
Strong knowledge of
PHP
and
Laravel Framework
Understanding of
MVC architecture
Basic knowledge of
REST API development
Familiarity with
MySQL / database design
Experience with
Git (version control)
Understanding of
HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics
Knowledge of
authentication & authorization concepts
Good Communication skill with cross team and stakeholders.
Good to Have (Optional)
Experience with
Laravel packages (e.g., Spatie, Sanctum, Passport)
Knowledge of
queue jobs, cron jobs
Familiarity with
basic DevOps concepts
Exposure to
AWS / deployment processes
Understanding of
testing (PHPUnit)
