ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between client requirements and the technical delivery team, ensuring accurate documentation, estimate validation, and seamless project execution. This role demands strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a structured environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders
Prepare and maintain detailed BRDs, Functional Specification Documents, and process flow documentation
Validate and rectify effort estimates provided by the technical team to ensure accuracy and feasibility
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal delivery team
Facilitate and participate in client calls, requirement workshops, and review meetings
Identify gaps in requirements and proactively raise clarifications before development begins
Conduct UAT coordination and ensure client sign-off on deliverables
Track project progress, flag risks, and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Work collaboratively with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery
Stay updated with AI tools that enhance BA productivity and documentation efficiency
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
1–2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably client-facing
Strong proficiency in documentation — BRDs, user stories, wireframe annotations, process maps
Experience in estimate review and rectification
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks independently
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, or equivalent tools
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong attention to detail with ability to work in a structured, documentation-heavy environment
GOOD TO HAVE
Exposure to AI-assisted BA tools for documentation and requirement generation
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Prior experience in a private cabin / independent work environment
Ability to handle team-level performance data or estimation reviews
