Role Overview
We are looking for an Order Management Associate to drive end-to-end order processing with a
primary focus on Samples and Evaluation Kits (EVKs) management
. This role is centered around handling low-volume, high-priority orders that directly support sales engagements, customer evaluations, and business development activities.
The role involves close coordination with the
sales team
, ensuring timely processing, allocation, and dispatch of samples/EVKs. Unlike large-scale production operations, this role emphasizes
agility, responsiveness, and accuracy
in fulfilling dynamic and time-sensitive requests.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the
end-to-end order lifecycle
, including order processing, validation, execution, and delivery tracking
Own
sample and EVK (Evaluation Kit) management
, including allocation, tracking, and dispatch for internal teams and customers
Act as the
primary interface for the sales team
for all sample/EVK requirements, ensuring quick turnaround and clear communication
Oversee
end-to-end order management
, from order processing to delivery, ensuring timelines and accuracy
Collaborate with SCM, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure
timely order fulfillment and dispatch
Monitor order pipelines, prioritize critical orders, and proactively address delays or bottlenecks
Monitor
inbound and outbound logistics
, shipment tracking, and documentation
Maintain accurate order records, MIS reports, and ERP updates for visibility and reporting
Identify process gaps and drive improvements in
order management efficiency and turnaround time
Support sales with data insights on order trends, delays, and fulfillment performance
Support
inventory tracking and visibility
to ensure stock availability for order fulfilment

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in
order management / sales operations / supply chain operations
Strong understanding of
order-to-cash (O2C) processes
, logistics, and supply chain coordination
Proven experience in
working closely with sales teams
and managing cross-functional stakeholders
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and reporting tools
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
