Intro to Role:
We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Java Full Stack Developers who are eager to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, understanding business objectives, and delivering scalable, high-performance applications while owning development end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
*Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Core Java (Java 8/11/17) and Spring Boot
*Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js
*Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
*Design and manage PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and performance optimization
*Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
*Participate in system design discussions and technical decision-making
*Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards
*Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
*Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance
*Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability
*Work with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
*Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
Requirement:
*Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
*Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js
*Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
*Design and optimize PostgreSQL database queries and schemas
*Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code
*Participate in system design and technical architecture discussions
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Product, and UI/UX teams
*Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed
*Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and application issues
*Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
*Work on deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
*Create and maintain technical documentation
