Educational : ·        Engineering graduate (Computer/Electronics). Experience:  ·        Should have at least 4-8 years of relevant experience. Must have : ·        Ensures the availability, reliability, scalability, and manageability of the data storage environment ·        Provides Level 2/3 technical system expertise; Oversight and accountability for resolution of outages, service level issues, and user/customer support needs in coordination with Operations Support ·        Create and maintain documentation as it relates to infrastructure systems, design, configuration, support and processes ·        Diagnose and resolve complex configuration and bottleneck issues within a complex application & systems infrastructure ·        Assists with backup & recovery procedures ·        Participates in change control activities to ensure awareness of scheduled work as it relates to   Preferred : ·        Good working knowledge of Foreman, Elk, Grafana Role : ·        Would be member of Core automation team  ·        Would be required to work on automating operations to manage Unix infrastructure globally. ·        Would be required to work on automation projects & global rollouts.
