About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
IT Recruiter
with strong expertise in
India staffing
to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for various technology roles across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for IT positions (permanent and contract staffing).
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for future requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
3–6 years in IT recruitment for India market.
Strong knowledge of
IT technologies
(Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.).
Hands-on experience with
job portals
(Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
Familiarity with
ATS tools
and recruitment metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
contract staffing
and
permanent hiring
.
Knowledge of
current market trends
and salary benchmarks.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR/IT preferred).
